Most people that die from one punch don't die from the punch, they die from hitting their head on pavement/kerb and stuff like that.

It's unlikely he'd kill you with one punch with gloves on, but he'd do some serious damage.

I'd fight him definitely, hope he throws a jab first up and I'd go down from that.
