The beating the champion cleanly stuff is bull****.

It's scored as Calzaghe Vs Hopkins, not Calzaghe vs the champion.

Dan, what did you think of the headbutt, the constant holding and the faking of low blows from Hopkins?

I know you hate dirty fighters, you must have been disgusted, I know I was.

I still think Hopkins one regardless. I'd like to see someone make a serious case for the 116-111 score.

    Come off it mate.

alzaghe deserved to win the fight.

Hopkins started well, but when everytime a ref has to break the fighter's as soon as they get in close, and he does'nt take a point off the man who clinches (Hopkins) there's somethign really fecked up.

Cortez was full of crap tonight and a hypocrite.

To pull Hatton up like he did then not even warn Hopkins once for clinching EVERY SINGLE TIME they get close, was an absolute joke.

In was a close, **** fight and Hopkins made the fight ****.

Calzaghe wanted to trade, Hopkins did'nt.

Oh and the low blow nonsense was a joke too.

Hopkins spoiled the fight and lets hope we see the last of the man who's anything but an executioner. :dead

There was a lot of holding but I felt they were both initiating the clinches & we often see this when an orthodox & southpaw come together. The headbutt was obviously bad & you shouldn't do that but he was warned & didnt do it again. I think the first low blow was clearly genuine hit right on the cup. The second I haven't seen again but Cortez told them to box so no issue there.

I already said I need to watch it again to give you the exact rounds. It's 5.30 in the morning.

Hopkins landed the cleaner more eye catching shots and started the fight very well. So much so that after the first 4-5 rounds i thought Calzaghe was in trouble.

The problem though is that Hopkins spoiled throughout the whole fight and acted like a *****.

He's a boring ****er and Joe deserved to win.

Cortez was a ****ing Hypocrite two.

Hopkins clinched every single time they came close to each other and Cortez did **** all.

This is coming from someone who thought that Cortez actually did a pretty decent job in the Hatton vs Mayweather fight.

After tonight though Cortez is just a corrupt, hypocritical *******.

Hopkins made ANOTHER ugly fight close without actually doing much boxing at all.

hopkins just made himself and Calzaghe look bad by not actually doing much boxing.
Then he complains about being robbed. :patsch
