Setanta Boxing : howto make there money go further

This sin't exactly a big secret, sky do it too when you say you're going to cancel!

 

No one should pay full price for Setanta. By all accounts at the end of the football season they have to show their bank how many subscribers they have, hence them desperately wanting to keep people.

I'm on a three month £6.50 a month deal and have been for about a year. At the end of the three months I call them and tell them I don't watch it enough to warrant the full price (which isn't true) and they always, eventually come back with the three months for £6.50 a month deal.

 

Yup, I got free sky plus and free telephone rental for a year when i told them I wanted to cancel.

P.s I didn't really want to cancel.

Great for boxing but the worst customer service I'e ever experienced.

I've cancelled with them now for good, I can always watch the boxing up the pub.
