I am confused.I understood that Setanta required approx.100 million to stay afloat and meet it's obligations,but this Russian has offered only 20 million for 51%.Does this mean he has taken on the debt as well or is he raping a company which is worth more than he's paying.The report is most unleading and doesn't connect the dots.Any help?I find this story fascinating as a North American.:good

 

I can't see how buying a business which hemmorages 100 million a year for 20 million is greedy. For the first couple of years it'll continue to lose a lot so in reality they're paying 200 million.

Am I wrong?
