First they were, then they were not, then they were and now (according to their online listings) they are not. Apparently they are going to show highlights. If they don't show it live its a major disappointment, I was looking forward to seeing a good Duddy scrap then a Cotto one.

No, it's a Top Rank PPV.

It is a double-header. Both fights are part of the same PPV. The Cotto fight is at MSG and the Pavlik fight is in Ohio. They're doing a split-site PPV.

  8. When is this fight by the way ???

I'm buying it, and why because sometimes good fights and bad fights are dicieving. example oscar de la hoya vs trinidad. some others that I can't remember. I've been watching boxing since the 80's. Money is no issue for when it comes to boxing.

Hence why they charge for such fights. Nothing personal..but its people like u that will pay because they are 'love boxing so much' that are the reason for the companies putting 'standard' fights on PPV. This is an interesting fight and i would love for it to be on setanta (uk subscription channel) but if it had to pay a one-off fee for the fight i wouldnt. Sometimes u have to make a stand with these things because the System will keep milking u and taking that money out your pocket.

Some fights have the right to be on PPV. But not cotto-jennings.

Well others are still going to do it anyway, so I'll take my chance.
