is he the guy that is great at doing impressions of people?

it would be great if we had more comic moments (buncey gives the ones with knowledge a good laugh).

anybody watch the football preview/review program they do? it really is funny. they have a funny dummy of joes mourinho

err, in Scotland we dont have a scottish conference or a 5th place play off.

But thanks for the smug condescending remark anyway.

The battle will start in September.
The people at SKY have one big, big problem...they all wear blinkers. Think about it. A few years ago Farnell was the best middleweight in Britain when Eastman was on BBC - all their top pundits said this. The other week there was a debate about Murray's next opponent and every man and his dog was mentioned but no Khan - the top pundits were staring into thin air but nobody would say: "What about Khan?".
Is it arrogance, stupidity or policy? It's shite, that's what it is.
Also, SKY twice kicked me into touch because promoters didn't like me.

    Adios.

I like Sky more than Setanta because of the Friday night fights involving British fighters. I love the domestic scene and am glad that they show it. I know Setanta show British fights as well but more often than not the domestic fights are on Sky. As for the production value and the guys on screen I really do not mind either, both are good. I like McCrory and Nelson but Buncey and Claude Abrams are better.

Khan needs to fight a top 10 domestic Lightweight before blah blah blah...

Setanta for me. I prefer Ian Darke to John Rawling - nothing against John but he gets rather excited at the slightest little thing, whereas Darke is calm and insightful.

The overall coverage is much better, Bunce's boxing hour etc which Sky don't have - I know Steve isn't everyone's cup of tea but he calls it how he sees it, which I like - as opposed to racist ******* Johnny Nelson who would score a fight to a black guy even when he is getting schooled.

Sky are also very insular - they were rating the best prospects not so long ago and every single one of them are fighting on Sky. No mention of Amir Khan, Kell Brook, Kevin Mitchell etc.

Trouble with Sky is the undercard fights. They are shite - why they bother purchasing them is beyond me. I like the look of Akaash Bhatia - but please stop showing him beating bums and stick him in a competive fight. Dave Clark seems to call every journeyman 'tough' - when in truth he has lost five times as many as he has won and been KO'd 50% of the time. Now unless a guy is a debutant, why the **** is he fighting guys like that??

I very much like Setanta, the only trouble I have with it though is that if you have it on a freeview box you only get Setanta 1 and so you miss the fights that get shown on Setanta 2. Still, with the football; for a tenner a month you can't moan. The sky sports price isn't really one that is affordable to absolutely everyone, but £10.00 is. I feel Setanta are exposing boxing to the public again; rather then having it being shut away on some very expensive exclusive channel.
