Roy Jones never could take a shot, its just that he got away with it for so long due to reflexes....Calzaghe can take a shot. I hope he takes on Hopkins and Pavlik purely for the reason that they are big money fights, easy style-wise and it'd shut the Yanks up.

 

If he sticks to his 12 month time period he keeps mentioning he'll be okay .
That'll give him 2 , 3 fights at the most and if he is anything like he was last night he'll beat Hopkins , Pavlik , Jones jnr , Woods etc .

 

A Jones fight would be massive over here, most people don't know the guy has been shot for the last 5 years, he's still a big name and would pack out Cardiff again.

I wish they'd make more use of Woodhall, knows his stuff and gets his points across well.

My sound 'went' for about 2 seconds around that time but no loss of picture on Sky.

It was better but it needs to be perfect every time. Getting there though.

 

Still lagging behind Sky Sports I'm afraid. Imagine how much more exciting the fight would've been with Ian Darke and Glenn McCrory on commentary? I would've enjoyed Jim Watts input as well.

I wish Setanta had used Woodhall instead of Duke for Hatton-Castillo. Duke almost ruined that fight for me. One I remember was something like "Nothing coming back from Castillo" as Castillo was landing three shots on Hatton.
