Out of that list I'd take Mitchell by KO 1 over all but Helenius, Abdulsalamov, and Perez. And Salamov needs more work than Mitchell to be honest. I just like him because he's a vicious mudderfukker. Szpilka. Rivas, Gerber, and Price though.:yep:yep:yepNever mind. I aint commenting on those BUMS! Well, Price aint a bum. But he's got a wet paper bag chin and like Szpilka is on the waiting list to be KOd in his first fight against B level. Well, still better than Szpilka who will be KOd against the first nonclub fighter.
Are you joking? You can bet the farm Mitcell has a "magic" disarticulating jaw and the first time he gets hit he'll drop like a bag-o-****.
He did walk through Tiggy's harder shots though, and while Sykes, Page, and Ferrero haven't KOd any big names or iron chins, they do have thier fair share of KOs over glass though. And Mitchell, while still relatively untested against the elite, took their shots WELL enough for me to say his chin is nothing SHORT of decent.
I disagree. Mitchell took Tiggy's harder shots from the outside, without exhibiting any aggression in return. Mitchell was not moving forward when Tiggy punched, aside from pumping the left jab. All that time, Mitchell was staying at the distance, looking kind of perplexed. Only in the final minute of round 2, when Mitchell buzzed Tiggy with the left hook (which Tiggy walked into...Mitchell was actually holding back before throwing the shot), did Mitchell storm forward. At that point, Tiggy was so dazed he didn't have the capacity to punch back effectively. I've studied this film very, very closely.
Mago has zero defense. I'd actually pick Mitchell to knock him out. Remember: Mitchell is devastating IF he can hit his guy... I'm suspicious of Szpilka. His fights have been set-ups so far. I don't know what to say about Gerber, I haven't studied his films. But just the fact that he's being built up in Germany makes me suspicious. I don't know about Rivas. Helenius, despite his faults, is way above Mitchell in ability and experience. Price is probably superior to Mitchell also, although Price's weak chin could make things interesting. I'd pick Perez over Mitchell, easily. Boytsov is a plodding fighter, someone who is likely to fail at the very top of the division. But still, Boytsov is more of a fighter, in terms of talent and seasoning, than Mitchell.
