Seth MItchell rated 20 to 1 favorite over Chazz Witherspoon

    Mitchell is an overwhelming favorite. One bookie rates him a 20 to 1 favorite. The other bookies aren't much different, some favoring Mitchell by 12 to 1 odds, others by 10 to 1 odds.

    Clearly, everyone is expecting a slaughter. I suspect this is because Chazz claims he's going to try to slug it out with Mitchell.

    By comparison, in his last fight, Mitchell was favored over Ibragimov by odds of 5 to 4 and 9 to 4. The odds in this case were closer, probably, because Ibragimov was expected to run and survive (a strategy he strangely neglected come fight night).

    I wonder if Chazz is bluffing us about slugging toe-to-toe with Mitchell? Maybe Chazz is going to run and box. You never know.

    Mansour doesn't know **** about boxing. Chazz is a bum and this fight is a mismatch.

    Sounds like decent odds on an upset. I keep repeating this but Mitchell has never been past 6 rounds in any of his fights. If someone manages to take him there, he could well gas with all that muscle he is carrying. Not saying it will happen tomorrow, though.

    Yeah maybe they see, but I doubt he will be a "HW star"......but he is a good talent.....

    Seth Mitchell,Bryant Jennings,Kevin Johnson,Skipp Scott,Deontay Wilder and my shoe in fighter Maurice Byarm are all American HW prospects.
    We would have more prospects like Europe but we wait until our fighters actually have skill.

    20-1 is a little extreme maybe 10-1 maybe 7-1. witherspoon has been in the ring with better fighters than mitchell.

    True, but those better fighters -- Arreola and Thompson -- beat Chazz's ass severely. It's particularly disturbing that Chazz was wobbled so often by Thompson, who is only an average puncher.

    The only half decent fighter Chazz has beaten is Kendrick Releford. That's not saying much.

    Chazz has a padded record.
