Who wins this hypothetical matchup? Both are looking for dance partners for their upcoming fights...two American prospects, both bangers, going at it would be nice. I don't think it will happen though, as Arreola doesn't want to risk a potential Wlad match up and it might be seen as too much risk for Mitchell.

IMO Arreola wins. Arreola can be beaten surely. I feel he is most susceptible to more technical boxers. I really wouldn't consider Mitchell one. In the end I think he could land some good leather on Arreola but it wont be effective enough. Arreola will take him into deep waters and knock him out.

    Thoughts?

Would be a great fight with a god chance for both, but I agree that Arreola most likely would win.

Mitchell by devastating KO. Arreola has never beaten anyone near the LOC Mitchell has fought and KOd.

Many here would be shocked if this happened.

I think Mitchell would very brutally stop him.

I'll take Mitchell. Arreola hasn't been that impressive. Before Vitali his biggest matches were Travis Walker and a retired McCline. Since Vitali he's looked lousy, even after losing all that weight.

i think mitchell stops arreola brutally. mitchell is too hard of a puncher and arreola is too easy of a target.

I don't know if Mitchell could beat Arreola because of the experience factor. I do know that I was very impressed with the way Mitchell placed his punches against T. Ibragimov. That was the first time I had gotten the chance to see him fight and I came away wanting to see more of him, which is not something I usually say about the current crop of American heavyweights.

We haven't seen Arreola step up and fight anyone decent in a while and Mitchell looked good in beating Ibragimov.

Arreola is a hype job always has been. He's never beaten anyone of note and when he has stepped up beyond the usual journeymen and faded former contenders he has been out classed. I can see Mitchell punishing Arreola for his lack of defence and stopping him.

Juggs beats the crap out of Mitchell. He did not look impressive to me against Ibragimov. He stopped him, but Timur is a slow oaf.
