Seth Mitchell vs Jonathon Banks

Good and fair points all around, my main question is what did the Spoon fight tell us and where is Mitchell now

Spoon gave him a big scare, was that a fluke or could even a guy like Banks whose no real puncher put him in that much danger

at times i think Mitchell has bad D and is slow footed

I do really love the body work and the left hook, he has a power jab and uses feints

he does some pretty good stuff for his level of experience

I think Mitchell won last time out due to a great body attack and will to win but I also believe Spoon got dumb and fought him wrong, Spoon hurt him and fought dumb, maybe Spoon was better suited not to rock him thus fight smart

i think Banks saw the fight and knows better than to trade in the first 5 or 6 rounds

i feel Mitchell by mid to later stoppage
