I agree with you on Dirrell, because Dirrell was STICKING AND MOVING! Alexander won the power punch stat by 30 punches. Power punches are the most telling blows.

But Dirrell ran in that fight too, it was ugly with lots of useless rounds by both of them, this was different, kotelnik rocked devon plenty of times, devon more often than not landed on gloves and forearm, watch it again, he hits forearms nearly all the time

The staggering 64 of 647 jabs for Alexander. It's ****ing mind boggling. That tells me that people who are for Alexanders awesome jab are just flat out ****ing blind. I mean, how do you correlate saying Alexander could have won all the rounds based on his jab alone when he landed, LANDED 64 of 647 jabs. How?

:patschWhat is your ****ing bias? If you thought Dirrell beat Froch(which I clearly agree with and can't fathom how Froch won) then how can you give this to DA? You are ****ing biased. Landed more power shots? Where, on the gloves?

Alexander won it, he swamped his opponent in work rate, and sometimes that makes the difference. Close fight, but not the worst robbery in 50 years and the judges should be shot.

Lets call a spade a spade, most of these cats wanted Alexander to lose, because of all the discussion regarding him possibly fighting Manny, and it was an on and on deal, how Alexander would be tough and why doesn't Manny fight him, etc. That being said, this somehow alienated Devon by default, hence many were hoping he would lose so they could say "See told you he was a hype job", "Manny would kill him", etc. Then you have another faction of European guys who are pissed because they wanted to be able to say "See you Americans are all hyped but ya'll ain't ****" etc, then you have your standard haters who hate because he does get "hype", then there are the followers who just follow the majority and whatever "they" say the follower agrees with, this was a perfect storm where all the haters agendas intersected at the same time on the same fight. It's not to say anyone who thought Kotelnik won has to fall into one of these groups, but these groups combined with the fringe dudes, make it appear as if the board has gone delusional, when in reality they are serving their agenda and little of it has to do with the fight itself.

Lol you have 1 source, that many have never heard of, that agrees with your perspective. Yet AP, ESPN, HBO, Yahoo, and essentially every media outlet other than "doghouseboxing" have Alexander winning. "Too easy"...lol

hhhhmm i think the polls on this and other sites all lend heavily to kotelnik winning and these are american sites and the reports from people at the fight go with kotelnik, but there you go
