Pacquiao has come straight out and said he didn't see himself fighting Williams (before the Martinez fight)
Pac's team also said Yuri Foreman was too big :patsch

Come on man , he has said it plenty of times.

And you have me wrong my friend, I am first and foremost a boxing fan , and believe Mayweathers skills are as good as I have seen , but that doesnt make you the best. Floyd has ducked and ducked the best opponents out there, the last time he fought a fighter close to prime in the correct weight class was Castillo , and that was close to 10 years ago. In that time some great fighters have come and gone , and all we hear from Floyd is how hard it is to make fights with other promoters. Its funny how Oscar could make those fights and make more money. Oscar was able to work with Arum and King , the two most ruthless promoters in the business, and he still made more money than anyone outside of the heavyweight division.

This is about Floyd not Manny, and if Manny has said that , then I will also question it.

Also foreman fights at 154 , which is 4lbs higher than Manny has fought , so they maybe are right, Im not quite sure what your point is ball?

why would floyd want to fight an admittedly green cotto back then when he could have fought a prime, and a well-known cotto back in 2008 who had just beaten mosley and is the biggest fight in boxing back in 2008 instead of retiring and appearing in WWE?

I know I may get some heat for bringing up Manny, and I thought twice about doing it, so I deserve **** for doing it :D
But my point about Yuri is they didn't fight him not because he weighed too much, but because he was too tall.

"I don't think Manny would fight Yuri Foreman because he says Yuri is too tall" Bob Arum

Shane Mosley said Williams was too big. Not Mayweather.

Sorry Lance I brought that up just to be a dickhead. I wasn't insinuating that Williams was too big for Floyd since Manny said he was

Pac and Maare both the same size. They both fight at WW. Hell Pac even won a jr. ww strap even though the limit was 150. You can't be a champ of a division yet claim you're too small.:deal

Pac is shorter and smaller then Mayweather. The comparison isn't apt to begin with.

I remember Floyd got heavily criticized in 2006 for fighting Judah when he lost to carlos baldomir. There were fans, haters, experts, reporters saying he should fight the linear champ Carlos Baldomir and so he did and whipped him 12-0 UD. But yet he ducked a top contender AM whom just lost to Paul Williams, go figure.

Margarito hadn't lost yet to Williams when he was trying to get a fight w/ Mayweather. Floyd vs. Baldomir was a gimme fight, a tune up at the most.
