sex and boxing myth

    many people say that sex with messes up your legs or make you weak and ect
    is this true or a myth

    if soo how long must a boxer go without sex

    anyone have personal experiences?

    they proved it was a myth, but personally whenever I bust a nut, I feel weaker throughout the day and less aggressive :conf

    I say you try it and see if it affects you

    I've talked to several pros about this and they all agreed that one of the common sources for their marital problems and even divorces is the lack of sex

    its like smoking weed its not bad for you persay but it makes you complacent

    After a good fap, I usually want to take a nap.(rhyme)

    So I think fighters would want to skip training for that day after a good mashing.

    testosterone drops slightly after ejaculating. It takes about 1 week for levels to rise. The positive thing about abstinence is that you're ignoring your limbic system and strengthening cortical systems which are important for motivation, thinking, drive, just overall mental sharpness etc...departments that boxers should be strong in. There are psychological aspects to this, probably moreso than just the small bit that is physical, which is oscillating testosterone levels when you're sexually active.
