Sexton-Robinson II

I certainly wasn't implying that Sexton is destined for greater than the domestic level, just that to me he's the clear better man here. In both fights he missed substantially fewer of his shots despite struggling at times. Yes, he obviously has flaws evidenced by having a remotely hard time with someone like Robinson. The highest he can realistically set his sights is that British title he didn't deserve to be within sniffing distance of last year - that's his ceiling. Robinson's is lower; I see even the British title as beyond his wildest dreams.

As I said, Sexton has won in my view by scores of 78-75 and anywhere from 77-75 to 80-72 (I'd have to see the first three rounds of the rematch to say for sure on the latter). He doesn't cope well with wild pressure, but he does miss a lot less than Robinson, who to me just looks completely amateurish and unable to muster up anything but wild pressure. He got those smacks in after muscling his way inside, but when they had any separation he would get outboxed pretty much all the way until the next dive inside to grab and hit.
