Well, since none of them take importance over the other (as they're all equal), it made sense for me to address any one of them, since you didn't make it perfectly clear which one exactly you wanted the thread to be about.

If you wanted the responses to just be about the first point - guys who want to fight Martinez - then you should have allocated more than a 1/3 of your opening post to it. Maybe 2/3, and give the other two just 0.5 each. And since you didn't do that, I'm going to focus on the second point which, in fact, screams out more because you're a Mayweather fan starting this thread with an pro-Mayweather bias and promoting a fantasy fight with Mayweather. So, Mayweather is all over that post, the way I see it. And unfortunately, despite what you may hope/think, Mayweather himself isn't keen on Martinez, either. So, quite rightly, this thread has headed towards people who don't want to fight Martinez, too. Good thread. :good

We have to focus on the topic allocations of the posts before we know which portion to reply to. I believe there is a standard formula:

Topic A must be > 3.34% but no less than 3.33 to qualify for allowable replies. If A > B by.05 than B becomes #1, if and only if C < 3.32

 

Makes sense. I think the intentions of the poster, should come into play, too. If you look at my revised response, you'll notice what I mean.

So, in conclusion, I think you and I are perfectly justified in talking about those who don't want to fight Martinez.

 

I don't see what the fascination is with PBF fighting Martinez. I mean PBF is just moving up to 154 and has not fought Cotto yet, but he is scared of Martinez? Martinez was in a stinker of a fight last time out until he stopped Macklin. If he really wants to fight PBF then just come down to 154 already and stop talking. Plenty of guys that will fight him there. All this waste of talking when PBF hasn't fought Cotto and he is going to jail for a while. Make some noise while PBF is on ice. Also, everyone knows by now PBF is all about the money so don't confuse being afraid with "you don't bring **** to the table".

 

You also mentioned Pac with a good game plan. I can tell you his game plan. Demand Martinez to come down to 150 half dead and then KO him in the first. Please, Pac is out of the question for sure. What next, bring Ward down to 150 and fight for the 168 tilte?
