    Many people have ginormous heads who aren't athletes and don't use PEDs. You cannot say with any degree of truth and accuracy that Pac's head as grown due to PEDs. You can lie to make **** it up, but that's about it.

    Floyd had ultra low T/E ratios. Fact.
    Floyd refused drug testing (VADA testing). Fact.
    Floyd refused a $5 million dollar per positive test penalty. Fact.
