Sh*t!!! Froch maybe sparring Chad Dawson!!!!

You guys don't understand ... Dirrell is on another level than Dawson ... I think he has a higer punch volume and he may be a harder puncher ... don't sleep on Dirrell ... I don't know at this stage in his career if he's better than Dawson ... and its weird that he's bringing in southpaws, when Dirrell can fight the whole fight orthodox if he wanted to, he has deceptive power in both hands as well. Chad Dawson's left hand is stunning but its not going to knock anyone out ... Dirrell has power throwing the lead left or the lead right from either stance.

 

Dirrell had trouble against Hanshaw. Try to come back to reality. He never faced a top 10 yet so we don't know what he'll do. He may look good as he may look overrated.

 

Dirrell just has to let his hands go and not gas or get caught and he can coast to an easy ud ..Hell Taylor was doing a great job until the tank ran empty ..The closer this gets the more I like Dirrell's chances but the Cobra has a great chin and solid punch ..Man I can't wait for this **** !!!


As far as Dawson and froch sparring I pray we get video of that ..

Dirrell knocked Hanshaw out in 4. Roy Jones had trouble with Hanshaw.

 

Yeah but Roy is old ..And Dirrell imo looked like a killer in that fight ..If that Dirrell shows up and can maintain it for 12 Froch is in trouble .

 

One thing is clear. If you disagree, go hang out in a boxing gym or keep it to yourself. Dirrell can find guys like Froch to spar with all day long. Froch will NEVER find someone like Dirrell to spar with.

 

Yeah Roy was old. I was just pointing out that ROY had trouble with Hanshaw, not Dirrell. I just used Roy as an innocent bystanding example. Someone a few threads ago thought it was wise to say that Dirrell had trouble with Hanshaw. WHAT?

 

back to reality? ... what was the end result in that fight?

 

Dirrell wants that world title and that credential of beating a world champion for a title ... I believe that this is going to be Dirrell's best performance.

Froch has only had 1 title defense ... so as far as defending that title he's a bit new to it ... Dirrrell has a high motor ... and he will bring it for 12 rounds ... I thnk he will make Froch miss and press on during the late rounds ... I see him getting an early lead and taking over to either completely outclass Froch or stop him in the late rounds.

 

Yeah I remember Hensahw Dirrell a blow out ..I was like yo who the hell is this guy ..But Dirrell did refrence some things he saw in the Jones fight thus the keys to taking down Henshaw

That was a hell of a showing for Dirrell ..But why is no one talking about the other half of this part of the tourney :


Taylor vs Abraham !!

 

Bro i'm going with Taylor ... I think he's going to redeem himself ... he always does better the second time around ... he showed good boxing skills against come forward fighters ... I think he under estimated Froch & Pavlik ... and I actually think he beat Pavlik in the rematch, but it was very close to call.

He's not going to take Abraham lightly ...

I expect a UD out of Taylor ... he's going to buzz Abraham, but not knock him out ... he's going to fight smart.

 

Thats what I hope JT is a good guy he just comes up short in the big fights as of late .

Yeah, well I'm sick of all the Floyd, Floyd, Floyd threads. Ward vs. Kessler just turned into back and forth insults. Somebody should start a Taylor vs. Abraham thread. The timing is right. Both Abraham fans and Taylor fans have made reasonable and respectable arguments about it when mentioned before. I'm too back and forth on Abraham-Taylor right now. If I had something decisive to say about it I'd start it....but I sway too easily on that one for the time being.
