Late 60's Jerry Quarry was a boxer/puncher who moved quite a bit. He probably weighed in the low 190s here. Once he got a bit older and gained some more weight, he moved less and stayed in the pocket more. Hard to say which style was better but he may have had a longer career if he stayed in this mode. In his second fight with Frazier he tried to go back to this style but was not effective as Joe walked him down and Quarry could not get Frazier's respect with his counter-punches. Joe in his biography said Quarry was championship material but had paper thin skin and boxed when he should've slugged and slugged when he should've boxed more. Hard luck Quarry.
