Hello everyone. With the pandemic everything is closed, so no possibility to train. I'm doing only shadow boxing and skipping, is this enough to stay in shape or to get better ? if so are there any good shadowboxing drills ? Thank you
I would think running and some calisthenics would also be beneficial. Type "boxing training at home" or "no gym boxing workout" into Youtube and you will find many videos which will be of help. Keep going!
