Good work! I'm no expert but I notice you drop you left hand slightly when you return it from throwing the jab, you bring it straight back, but it does drop a few inches compared to where it was pre-punch. you do correct this after a second or two. You also pawed the jab a few times, even telegraphed it. You also threw a few lead right hands, but when you did I noticed your chin raised a bit... Might be worth tucking that in. It's easy for me to criticise of course!
i like how you imagine opponent and defend yourself, imagine southpaw too. Make more defenses, you just parry and slip here and there. Slip left, slip right, duck, bob n weave, sidestep, move in circle, block shots.... --> there is so much, mix defenses and mix them with counters. When you make defense, counter with one shot or combination. And your Philly shell (if that was try of it ) is bad, don`t do it before you learn fundamentals. I`m saying that because your balance when punching and overall technic including footwork is still on low level. Also, change paces, you are too much in comfortable zone, after round of good shadow box you should be breathless (dunno how to say that on english).
put back hand at side of chin not in front ,,,THINK if a fist can hit your face your defence is wrong..
