hey guys, I am looking for some tips on shadow boxing. It should be obvious I know but..... I have just started boxing again (i trained for about 6 months, 2 years ago) at the moment I can only train once a week at the gym, though I have access to a heavy bag everyday. I have watched several videos on youtube etc, just looking for some more basic tips on shadow boxing, getting everything more refined. Punches are coming along okay but things like slips and rolls feel awkward, especially combined with footwork. Can anyone throw me any tips? anything constructive cheers
