The few fights i have seen of Dennis Hogan im surprised his camp didnt take the matchup.
I would back Hogan to win.

 

What a **** take on the fight. Shaggy's eardrum is broken and he was cut bad but refused to give up and got the bomb. Galvin fought well and and a good game plan which almost got him the goods - that's what happened.

Seems everyone has a new conspiracy these days.

 

I think it was a great effort by Shaggy.

You could tell he was absolutely struggling, Whilst watching the fight I thought the corner should have thrown in the towel but they obviously knew their fighter well enough and he ended up winning.

Was a great bout of courage i think.

2nd galvin is not a bum he had heart last night and should have won it

3rd shaggy showed amazing heart to stay in it and showed he has the balls to be aussie champ

A bit off thread but sticking with the Greek Club last night.

Pity Flanagan suffered a hand injury halfway through his fight with Mackinnon.
Two of the judges gave a well deserved win to Mackinnon.116-111 while the third official Cyril Cairns watched it through maroon coloured glasses and scored it 115-112 to Flanagan. atsch

Will make for a really good rematch somewhere down the track.
