Why do they have to be from the UK, they've shipped Maxwell out to the Philipines.

No offence to Maxwell, hes durable and has decent power, but he dosent have anywhere near the ring IQ of Peterson. In his last fight, he was landing very little consistently, apart from uppercuts (the uppercuts landed pretty much every time he threw them, but Maxwell (and his corner) didnt pick up on this at all, and he continually threw other random telegraphed punches that werent connecting, when imo he should have tried to throw 2 or 3 uppercuts in a row to stun his opponent, before going in for the big finisher.

Khan needs someone aggressive and smart, someone that can cut off the ring more effectively, and has more skill.

I love the fact Peterson is now being thought of by Team Khan as a one dimensional brawler. Don't get me wrong i expect and like to think he'd head straight back at Khan and set the tone early but he's a good boxer. Maxwell is a out and out brawler who will bring some good qualities to sparring but really and truly you can find better but maybe Shah's thinking about £££....

  6. Woodhouse wouldn't have been a bad match actually.

or maybe they dont think that highly of peterson? theyve shippped out a guy from russia and a guy from nigeria/australia? hardly holding back, besides i dont think a couple of grand makes a difference to a multi millionaire tbh.

Gift decision when Khan was backpeddaling all night throwing random flurries which rarely landed after about 4 rounds when Peterson sussed him out? Don't think so pal.
