These daily mismatch fights do nobody any good, unless you need to clear the rust.

 

Based on what? Garcia getting dropped and hurt bad against Campbell a guy who never even won a title? Or Haney beating and overachiever in kambosos?? Slillwise garcia isn't close to Shakur he has bad footwork and can't move and is easy to hit. Haney is skilled but his chin isn't as good as shakurs and he's struggled far more in fights than Shakur has.

 

They know this and many said before the fight that Shakur would struggle but that didn't happen even though he didn't look great he won clearly. These guys just want to hate on Shakur because they know he has the goods and they see him as a threat. That's all this is really about

 

Knew he would win, before the fight everyone is just very hopeful that the Huge underdog does the unthinkable, but within yourselves we know what's to happen as per usual, didn't even need to watch, just woke up, saw the result, yup as expected.

 

The criticism comes from the fact that he chose to throw repeated low blows in a fight he was winning. Not one, two or three blows accidentally low, multiple intentional low blows. He chose to bodyslam his opponent in a fight he was winning. Hip punches, holding and hitting... etc.

When was the last time you saw the A-side, who was winning the fight resort to such tactics? It's unheard of. I understand if you're losing but doing that crap when you're winning shows mental weakness or instability and deserves criticism.

He’s a lesser version of Devin Haney. Atleast Haney has the boxing skills to win multiple titles in divisions above 135, even with the shortcomings on power. But Shakur 100% is not the real deal

 

A threat to who? He isn’t a threat to anyone here. Everyone is just telling it like it is, he failed 99% of people’s eye test against someone he should have destroyed. He couldn’t hurt the guy, he’s above average at best. Top rank will get him titles once the others move up from 135, they know how to manage their fighters. Conceicao is a pretty good fighter and Stevenson walked him down and beat him up. He won 10 rounds. Some fans just don't like fighters who aren't KO artists.

How many times has Robson being stopped??? He's no bum, Shakur isn't a power punching boxer like Tank or teo he's an outboxer. Even still he outboxed and dropped Robson wining easily. No one here predicted Shakur would stop Robson before the fight so stop with the eye test stuff. I didn't see this for loma when he couldn't stop commey a guy who teo destroyed? Did he pass the eye test? What about when loma got beat by teo again did he pass the eye test? The point is you don't hold fighters to the same standards you pick and choose who you want to praise and criticize based on if you like a fighter or not. It's clear as day Shakur is skilled and passes the eye test to not admit or see it then you're a hater without an ounce of credibility period and don't know **** about boxing. Shakur has pretty much schooled everyone he's been in the ring with was unified at 130 but doesn't pass the eye test? People like you don't pass the eye test and should find a new sport to watch because boxing isn't for you. Get some glasses.

 

He was definitely exposed. Stevenson big upped himself saying that he'd beat Pac and Floyd in their prime and that he's the P4P best in the game. If that's the case, you simply shouldn't look bad at all until you're up against a monster/elite opponent. These dudes talk a lot of game, but they don't back it up, so they deserve all the criticism.

Again, don't sell yourself as special if you don't look unstoppable. And again, Inoue's looked unstoppable and utterly destructive in the ten years he's been in the game. All he does is destroy world class opponents and a rejuvenated ATG.
