To be honest if you're fighting at Lightweight or Superfeatherweight it's uncommon to be knocking out top guys. That kind of stuff starts to become more common at Middleweight and higher.
Stevenson will rule the roost at Lightweight & become one of boxing's biggest stars. Lightweight is the division where that happens. Haney is more likely to have his chin cracked than Stevenson who will be too fast & skilful for him. Tank has power but he's more likely to land it against Haney than Stevenson. Tank is not with ESPN where all the other guys are & may be headed for a stint in the Big House which would rule him out. I see Stevenson being Undisputed champ at Lightweight & becoming one of boxing's brightest stars.
I like this kid at 135 against most of the top guys. He’s still improving and I’m excited about his potential. We will see how he does but I’m optimistic. He’s athletic, has fast hands and feet, good size and good fundamentals. Still has room for improvement but you can say that about any young fighter. Hopefully they get him a couple fights to acclimate to the weight and then see how he looks against top fighters. It wouldn’t surprise me to see him beat guys like Tank, Haney and Garcia a year from now.
You will see what happens with his career and this will be bumped. Again I'm not going to get all emotional with you, that's what you do.
You won't be here to see it, well you will but you'll be under a different alt and he will end up proving you wrong
I think you should stop following me around the forum and getting super emotional. Log off ,put a tampon in and come back in a few days
There's no way Shakur won ten rounds in that fight. He won by two or three rounds. That ESPN nonsense. Saying Robson landed four body shots. lmao. Shakur was getting touched up all night long. Everyone saw that. We'll see what he does at 135, but I'm telling you now, there are guys at 135 that are licking their chops right now.
Garcia hits harder than anyone, even Tank and Lopez. And hitting like that is a game changer. You don't have to be the greatest technical boxer when you can turn someone's lights out in the split of a second. And Garcia is no slouch, consistently improving.
Good! Let then lick their chops that means they won't duck him and when he boxes circles around them showing his class they will wish he never made a stop at 135.. Shakur won that fight going away against Robson who has never been beaten that badly. Robson is awkward and savy he can box. 10-2 or 9-3 was the correct score for that fight. Shakur won wide and clear even dropping Robson. Getting touched up all night??? Lmfao! That would mean he was getting beat up or went life and death with Robson and that didn't happen.
I think you should take your own advice and come back under your real username alt. Lastly don't get mad at me because you want to hate and act like Shakur isn't any good.
Based on what? Who has garcia beat? Campbell??? Who else? He needs to stop someone of note before you make that statement. I like garcia but his resume isn't anything special. It's not better than Haney or Shakur nor is it better than tanks out of everyone now at 135 that we're talking about his resume is the weakest. Garcia looked better against Fortuna but he's still a work I'm progress and still very flawed.
We will have to see. No one knows. I hope those fights are made. I was on another forum, and after four rounds, we had it either 2-2 or 3-1, in favor of Robson. And Robson took some other rounds too. It wasn't until Shakur started walking Robson down that everything changed, which was good to see Shakur fight like that. I enjoyed it. But at the same time, he was a weight bully in there. He walked through Robson's punches as if they were nothing. That's what that extra weight does. There was a reason Robson didn't have to fight Shakur and still get paid. It's because it's legally recognize that Shakur was a weight bully in there. On top fo that, he hit him constantly below the belt and body slammed him several times. Say what??! Is that the sweat science? HELL NO! Shakur went down in my eyes after that performance. 116 - 112 on my card.
