The Amateurs are not the minor leagues. The Amazing Shakur suffered 13 losses in the ''minor leagues'' in just over 1/3 less fights than Loma had, genius, and he couldn't win Olympic gold.

What nonsense. Having 400 amateur fights takes a huge toll on your body and if other fighters can turn pro young and move up 5 divisions there's no reason why he couldn't.

Shakur said he will end up at 154. How is that possible?

Usyk turned pro later than Loma and Beterbiev even later than Usyk, neither fought for a world title until their 10th and 12th fights respectively. There have been many great amateurs who have turned pro at his age or later who had to fast track their careers but none of them have become a three-weight champ in 12 fights and P4P#1. Rigo was an amazing amateur but he didn't come close to doing that. Neither did Usyk or Beterbiev. because, it's not easy to do

Shakur's daddy Robsy who was a great amateur and 2 x Olympic GOLD medalist only became a one weight champ, lost his pro debut to a scrub who dropped him and has lost 3 times at his first weight, including getting stopped.

If it was so easy to become a three-weight champ ands P4P #1 in 12 fights winning all your world titles in your opponent's backyards or on the road whilst being the smaller, much or way smaller man the vast majority of the time, in what would be at least your 4th, 5th and 6th division had you turned pro at a ''normal'' age, Loma wouldn't be the only one to ever do it

He hasn't done any of those things I told you Loma has done

One thing's for sure he won't ever get robbed fighting a foreigner in their backyard on a deck heavily stacked against him with a home ref and three home judges because he won't ever dare fight anyone under those conditions, let alone world champions who are much or way bigger than him

Remind me again why he called out the 118 pounder Inoue when he was at 135 and then immediately became reluctant to commit to facing the much smaller man in Japan? That's greatness and HUGE balls right there, eh?

Super Boots is the truth but Shakur needs to beat him whilst giving away huge amounts of weight and reach in Philly to prove he's the best and face 6 more much or way bigger world champions at 154, preferably foreign ones in their countries with home refs and judges

You say what Loma did is not so impressive but pray tell what is so impressive about all your massive weight bullies turning pro young and becoming multiple weight champs on a deck stacked in their favour vs leprechauns they're way or much bigger than and at best only start fighting opponents their size in their 3rd or 4th weight class?

Two weight champ and P4P ''great'' Haney has literally never beaten anyone remotely close to his size for goodness sake and Crawford weighed more in his 4th weight class than his career opponent at that weight did and is almost as big as Clenelo in what will be his sixth weight class. Loma was way way smaller at 135 than Crawford will be at 168 with a tiny reach not one which is only 4'' shorter than Usyk's like Crawford's

    Peep this

One of these is or rather was a huge 147 pounder (Super Boots), Shakur was a 126 pounder then

I'll reply to the rest of your nonsense later or another time when I can be bothered wasting my time dealing with such ignorance

Just like i knew the usual suspects like yourself would try to downplay it be full of excuses and not give him a ounce of credit despite many of you picking him to be exposed and lose. You'll once again move the goal posts and say he must do this or that in order to be worth a damn and when he does you'll just rinse and repeat the same old hating rhetoric. People like you aren't even real boxing fans anyway but are here for entirely something else.

How's Robsy doing in the majors ? I mean the pros

You think Espinoza is beating Robeisy in the amateurs?

Yes amateur is the minor leagues in a lot of ways

It's to prepare you for the pros

Like college basketball vs NBA just in other countries they view it as more significant

what Lomachenko did was very impressive
    HOF and ATG

    He's just not Shakur.

Shakur will go down as greater most likely

This post is nonsense. Crawford has beaten bigger guys like Spence, Postol, Benavidez, Horn and Madrimov

Lomachenko should've turned pro earlier instead of wasting his time with the amateur fighting

    Key word amateur

The whole amateur argument aside, wasn't Crawford heavier than Madrimov was on fight night?

Its different when its not your natural weight

Youre not as strong as someone whos naturally that weight even if you move up and are the same weight or a pound heavier

Stevenson is certainly in the conversation. He's the best defensive fighter in the sport, but he's also quite capable offensively when he elects to let that leather fly.

Crawford vs Beltran and Gamboa at 135 weighed 153 and 152 respectively

Career 140 Postol weighed less than that vs Crawford

    Crawford 157 - Postol 152

Crawford in his FIRST fight at 154 and 4th weight class weighed an extremely lean 169.8, more than career 154 Madrimov weighed

    Crawford 169.8 - Madrimov 168.6

The graphic on the screen said Horn weighed 155 vs Crawford

Career 147 Horn said he came in at 157-158 at 147

Crawford was coming in as high as 157 down at 140

What was Benavidez fight night weight vs Crawford?

Crawford's S&C trainer re. them moving up to 147

''He has easily put on 10lbs of muscle all the while by maintaining speed and athleticism.''

He was coming in as high as 153 at 135

    157 at 140

And he was obviously much bigger at 147 than he was at 140 because you could clearly see it

So he has been rehydrating as much as 18lbs at 135

    17lbs at 140

16lbs at 154 for his FIRST fight at the weight

So how much do you think he was rehydratng at 147?

Let's just say he was coming in at 147 a conservative estimate of a minimum of 162-163. Do you think that's fair? Because it would been at least that much. That's more or what most 147 pounders come in at

What were Spence's fight night weights?

Crawford looked just as drained at the weigh in, said 147 was tough to make, and he, as he has in every weight class he has fought in never looked remotely undersized at that weight and that's with him having a deceptive body too

Explain to me how people who weigh less than you are bigger and how I'm talking ''nonsense'' when I'm backing up so much of what I say and am proving you wrong while you cherrypick my posts continuously ducking answering questions I'm asking you which disprove what you're saying or claiming?
