Inoue has been dropped twice in 3 fights
Yes Shakur is better than Bivol. Better at everything minus power
He's even better than Bivol at range control and can fight on the inside. Much better counterpuncher.

Yes Shakur would beat a 39 year old Beterbiev at 135 if such a thing existed (something like that doesn't exist at lw)

I was so happy that Shakur was able to be in a fight where you could finally see him for all his glory. The right dance partners allow Shakur to put in performances that capture the imagination of the world. The bigger the challenge, the better Shakur gets.

If Shakur is supposedly more skilled than Loma is, which of course is absurd, how was prime Loma much better on the compubox stats than him despite facing way better opposition, being way more aggressive and way less risk averse, very often being the much, way or smaller guy whilst damn near always simultaneously being at a reach disadvantage or a big or huge one and fighting in his opponent's backyards or on the road all the time?

Shakur has fought a much lower level of opposition, a whopping 3 world champions in 24 fights compared to like 13 for Loma in 21 fights and has been big for every weight class he's fought in not small or tiny

And how comes he only has a KO 45% and has only dropped 1 world champion and only one opponent at 135 and that was a domestic level part-time fighter who took the fight on 4 days notice, and only stopped 1 world champion when Loma has a KO 66% and has knocked out or stopped over half the world champions he's fought and has either knocked out, dropped, badly hurt, or hurt every fighter at 135, 7 of whom were world champions, he's fought sans Teo all of whom were much or way bigger and heavier than him not much smaller or smaller or at worst his size?

    Does compubox matter?
Floyd was way ahead of loma an usyk using compubox stats, so obviously they are flawed, as Floyd is not at that level

I now concede that he's miles away from those two. He doesn't pass the eye test or Has the numbers

Inoue is fighting in his 4th division, 5th from the one he started out at, and is fighting bigger guys not in his 3rd division against opponents his size like Shakur

No he absolute is not. As said, Bivol gets hit less than him, is less risk averse, is routinely fighting guys bigger or much bigger than him sans Clenelo, and has beaten 2 top 5 P4P pounders one of whom was #1 at the time. Like I keep saying, the double standards, bias and brainwashing are insane

No he would not. Beterbiev , even the 39-40 version, is light years better than anyone Shakur has fought and a same size version would brutalize Shakur. He has zero power to keep him off and he's not taking Beterbiev's power in a million years. He was petrified of De Los Santos' power and completely went into his shell for goodness sake

    You're trolling, aren't you?

Zepeda struggled with Farmer. He should have lost the first fight. Zepeda is no where near the level of Beterbiev, not as a boxer or a pressure fighter.

A fighter of Beterbiev's caliber would break through Stevenson's guard and knock him out. Beterbiev only needs to land a quarter the amount of shots Zepeda landed to start making him run for his life.

And better than Bivol? Let me know when Stevenson has beaten 2 undisputed champions and a fighter that would eventually become the 2nd best fighter in a division above his.

Loma had the highest plus minus since Floyd, whist being much more aggressive and less risk averse and having the reach of a T-Rex.

Nah, Floyd was crazy skilled, so too was Loma which you are completely incapable of appreciating or acknowledging given how little you think of him and Usyk and how much you hate them

Shakur might barely just make top 10 P4P and he does have some talent obviously.

But, over Usyk, Bivol, Inoue, Crawford? Seriously.

Anyone on the P4P list shouldn't take 30 minutes to stop an electrician. Shakur is decent, but he's full of himself, and his severe lack of power is going to get him into trouble at some point. Honestly, I think he loses to Abdullah Mason, and Schofield could have him in a world of trouble the way he annihilated Farmer. If he moves up, I think Brian Norman beats him as well.

If he had power, he would be right up there P4P, but honestly, at 140, I think, he gets walked through. Inoue is at his 5th weight and still knocking people out, there's no comparison, there's a dimension between them.

Crawford, Usyk, and Inoue are streets ahead of anyone else; then there's Bam, Bivol, and even Benavidez, who I'd put ahead of Shakur. A 116-112 UD win against a guy who was a 6 to 1 underdog doesn't do anything for me, especially not in the P4P rankings.

He is very talented and is the best of his contemporaries, like Haney, Garcia, Lopez , and Davis. Just like I saw them 5 years ago. But he is not yet the best fighter in the world, no matter how you measure it. He is not yet complete, but he’s starting to put it all together.

The same underdog many people here picked him to lose to and still after the fight no credit given and excuses made. Lmfao!

    I picked Shakur by decision.
This is a public forum where fights are broken down in great detail by hardcore fans who watch closely so pointing out poor judging and refereeing is not excuse making it is something that is discussed in all sports by the fans. Just because your man won doesn't mean you need to stick your head in the sand.

I can give Shakur his dues, but does that mean crowning him the best boxer on the planet?

Ya his Sugar Ray Robinson point was silly

Obviously boxing has evolved but that's not how you rate Robinson greatness
