Yeah that's a dumb thing to say, while it's good to believe in yourself, when you've done bugger all to be compared to Pac, it just makes you look like a jack ass. Should if simply said, I believe I can beat anyone and leave it at that.

And also saying he'd make him take the test to ensure he wasn't cheating that's also dumb, to accuse a fighter who's never failed a test of perhaps cheating, that if anything makes me wonder if Shakur is taking PED's it's that cheaters mentality that believes other fighters cheat without any good reason. Which is why so many fighters who have made accusations of cheating ending failing tests themselves.

Funny they never start any other sentence about going H2H with another fighter but only with Pacquiao, most likely due to the accusations created by their actual Cheating IV Masking Idol,

Plus i don't ever recall Shakur ever having any testing done himself or with any of his fights including the Valdez one.

Shakur is very skilled and the likely candidate to be P4P #1 in the near future, but also a bit too deluded at this point in his career. He talks a lot for someone who hasn’t even been on the top 5 P4P rankings yet. He even stated on multiple occasions that he’s better than PBF was at the same age of 25, to which I think is completely asinine.

 

Wouldn't surprise me if he did.

 

There’s a reason why Tank, Haney, and Ryan all have over 1+ million followers on different social media platforms, while Shakur hasn’t even reach a million followers yet. While he’s more skilled than those guys and likely to beat all three of them, he’s just not as liked as them and doesn’t seem to have the same charisma to gain more fans.

Go take a look a Bradley, on the mic, as soon as Haney was given the win. They ALL chose Loma, but Bradley has to come back days later after a re-watch and change his mind. Shakur is a special talent, he could very well beat manny but he’s not smoking him. Although Floyd beat manny 10-2, he was winning rounds not really smoking him.
