Firstly, he desperately needs to take some remedial English classes. There is no excuse for not being able to communicate in proper English. Secondly, there is absolutely no evidence Top Rank does not promote its black fighters. Using the race card is indicative of limited intellectual capacity. Thirdly, his last fight took the air out of his balloon somewhat as it was a terribly boring affair watching him run in fear of a at best B level opponent.
