Anyone know what’s up with Ortiz? I’d like to see the other top guys at 135 fight him, especially Shakur.

De Los Santos is a southpaw killer and kind of a stylistic nightmare for Shakur, I love this match!:applaudit:

I'm actually ok with this fight given the current situation. Shakur is a sharp shooter, he needs to be in the ring all the time, definitely more than less. De Los Santos isn't bad, he's not top 10 but 2 guys in the top 10 have already declined and backed off so I mean............what else can he do

No ****! He sure is, lol. I checked a few weeks ago and he still wasn’t scheduled for anything.

I expect to see shakur running for his life for 12 rounds, only throwing 1 or 2 punches at a time. Then all his fans bragging about how technical he is after he wins a boring UD

De Los Santos is on a good streak at the moment.

Cant really hate on a fight like this where Martin pulled out, Haney and Lopez have moved up and Loma isnt fighting at the moment.

Obviously we want Shakur to face quality opposition but with Loma, Haney, Martin and even Zepeda apparently all either moving up or passing on the opportunity I guess De La Santos is the best we can expect.

De La Santos might even provide an entertaining fight in the early rounds as he isn't afraid to let his hands go and should at least test Shakur defence while he gets his timing down. But I fully expect Shakur to find his rhythm and then start breaking De La Santos down and using his counters to punish De La Santos for his aggression.

Shakur I think breaks him down and stops him in the 2nd half of the fight.
