    I have read the IBF is the only one that doesnt charge a fee of this kind. WBA WBO are also charging similar fees for non title fights (happy to be wrong). Its like 3%. Shakur is putting money back into the sport.

    Bet we'll be seeing "IRS chasing Stevenson" articles soon enough as well
