nope. both way past it. young floyd would not have lost a single round to maidana. you may not think it is a good matchup. but the rest of the world does.

 

To be fair Floyd looked amazing against Canelo, fleet footed, sharp and his reflexes were as quick as ever - and that wasn't even two years ago.

He did look stale against Maidana though but I expect him to have trained harder than ever so he should enter the ring in the same sort of form he showed against Canelo.

Fact is both fighters are past their best. Pacquiao looked terrible but Mayweather didn't look unbeatable either.
