I was wondering why the quality of this match was so dreadful, but the fact that Dalkhaev is 37 years old with a 17-17 record (not to mention standing just 5′ 7½″ tall, meaning even at his lightest campaigning at super middle he was essentially a fat blown-up welterweight) and Vychkin is 44 years old with a 9-46-2 record might be our answer.

I remember reading a sick manga about fighting, it was called Shamo. I think its a breed of chickens for cockfighting, but I see two letargic ****s on my ****ing screen.

Main event will be a first look for some at young Rasuljonov - formerly a work in progress on the Uzbek national amateur team who copped a 3 year ban in January of 2022 after testing positive for the PED masking agent furosemide in a routine anti-doping screen. Four months later, what do you know, he's opted to just debut in the pros instead of sitting on the shelf until 2025.

It would be hilarious if the South African opponent they flew up could play spoiler and be a banana peel to snatch the drug cheat's zero, but don't have too much faith in Hobyani: he has won just 11 of 28 bouts, and that is without having ever left his own country. He's still a step up in class so far for Rasuljonov, with more matches than his first five opponents combined and twice as many victories as all of them combined.

Yeah that was really depressing. I'm the same age and weight as these guys and despite having not even sparred in several years would feel very confident stepping in the ring with either.

What these guys have in common is having one professional victory to date. Where they diverge is that Pogosov has zero losses and one draw, while Fleischgauer has nineteen losses and zero draws.

Not much mystery in how this one's gonna go down...

This is already quite a bit better than Dalkhaev vs. Vychkin, but that bar is set abysmally low. :sisi1

At least the 69 kilogrammers are able to take two consecutive steps without getting winded, and know how to fire punches correctly.

Not exactly a standout prospect, Pogosov. He's trying to cut the ring off on a cagey Fleischgauer, following him around the ring, lunging and missing and getting tapped with counters. Pogosov probably has won both rounds so far, but he's on fairly even terms with a guy that, yes, has an experience edge but again, is 1-19.

Yeah, this is much a chore to slog through for the viewer as it is for Artur as combatant. :sisi1

There isn't a lot more parity on the upper region of the card, but at least maybe the A-sides in those matches will be able to force some fireworks.

    Body shot KO4 for Pogosov.

Kind of lame, a couple of meaty left hooks did land on the ribs and Fleischgauer was clearly bothered and flopped to all fours, but he seemed to just be taking a knee to buy himself a moment's recovery and sprang right up but the ref had already waved it without a count.

Best fight so far, by far; these boys are fast and going to war.
