I'm no fan of Shamrock either but Baroni is an all around big mouth ******* himself. who needs to learn to fight .

Baroni blew out his groin the first 15 seconds into the fight, he just showed Bill Goldberg during the interview!

 

Used to be one of Franks biggest fans. Wish he weren't such a dush.

 

Nothing like a guy showing Bill Goldberg his balls on national television. That camera guy zoomed out so ****ing fast it was hilarious.

 

That was funny as hell, but he is a tuff ******* to keep fighting like he did. A torn groin hurts like hell.

Franks no easy nut to crack. Even in his old age he's very dangerous.

 

You must have missed the **** poor wrestling of Renzo Gracie taking him down like he was on ice skates.

 

Did ya ever think that Shammy is easy to take down because he really kinda prefers to be there anyway?? Shamrock is more dangerous on the ground even if he is on his back.

 

Yeah man, he was really wicked letting Renzo move into side control and knee on belly at will. And those deliberate illegal blows really proved what a badass he is.

 

I think you'd be hard pressed to find anybody within the MMA game that IS a fan of Skank Glamrock.
