    He did so....that said anybody you catch clean should go....my point is,diaz is not technically good on his feet,in fact id go as far as to say he is very poor on his feet offensively...thats not to say he doesnt have the power to finish sombody if he catches them clean though.

    Shamrock is going to pound Diaz. Diaz's best chance is to get Frank down and work his submissions.

    Im a big Frank fan and I used to hate Nick especially when he was bitching about the fight that Noons won clearly. But the Diazes, you cant help but admire their toughness.

    Pretty good matchup. I like this promotion, they put together "intriguing fights"
