There, there, you've got it all out now, no need to continue harrassing Leon about it anymore UNLESS it's critically important to you that he agree with you, which then begs the question - why do you give such a fck?

I'm astonished that some boxing fans on here have no problem with catchweights for world title fights especially when there are already a million weight divisions in the damn sport. Very very disappointing reading that.

Surely surely these same posters can see the problem when Cotto, the champion, had to drain down further than the 147 limit to defend his welterweight title. No doubt they will say "he didn't have to sign the contract". Unbelieveable.

They are just as bad however that wasnt the argument, catchweight was. Two wrongs dont make a right :bart make a thread about the mulitple belts and im sure you would find both francis and i would be critical of these orgnisations and the way in which they have increased their revenu by making new bullsht belts.

now unless your memory has lapsed you, i am retired. This means i will not step foot in a boxing ring again you toss bag so cut the crap. There is no good reason for me to do otherwise, ive moved on and am a mear specator, fan and critic now, not a participant... you get it? :good

Congratulations on your retirement Ty, well done.

I'd like to also take this opportunity to announce my retirement from the Australian test cricket team and indeed all first class forms of cricket. Like Ty I've moved on, but I'll always have my memories.

Catchweights are a part of the sport, have been for over a century.

You and that other ****ing idiot think it's wrong to have catchweights in world title fights. Care to explain which world title is legit? The problem with this sport is imbeciles like you two who continue to legitimise these orgs by referring to the fights they sanction as world titles.

What about your dream  of turning pro on a Fox card? Surely you haven't given up on that.

says a fckwit who supports the IBO.. what where you on when you wrote the above moron? Im not the one who advertises that ive won three WTs on a poster and pillage and **** the sport for all its worth. Has Danny Green won three WTs? nope, false advertising. '

is the IBO a legit WT org, nope, worthless POS ***gots that water down the sport and have no mandatory but you suck up to their ass so we wont hear you speaking a bad word about them now shall we you maggot hypocrite.

you attempt legitimize Danny Green by defending what he has done.

as for my dreams, your a fckwit and so is your boyfreind Leon. both of you wear skirts. you both know i hung them up over 2 yrs ago but yet contuine to carry on yet Leons never had a go and you just had a dip with novices getting out before you reached the cap of 5 fights which would no longer classify you as a novice anymore. very brave of you.:happy

You are very sensitive this morning. Some ginger might calm you down. Works for my missus.

Last time I looked, the WBA is very selective when it chooses to enforce its mandatories. The IBF was getting paid off not to enforce its mandatories. The WBC just invents new categories of world titles like Emeritus/Diamond that makes a mockery of the ratings and the system of mandatories. And at least the IBO hasn't divided its world titles and it's easy to know who their world champ is.

Why are you so distressed about an organisation like the IBO which is a relatively minor player, whilst you continue to refer to these other organisations as legit despite their corrupt practices? It's akin to ignoring your brain tumor and worrying about a sunspot on your arm.

You hung them up 2 years ago? More like 8. When was the last time you had a fight? 2004? I can understand you never wanting to step foot inside a boxing ring after what that pommy backpacker did to you during that boxacise class :lol: in Thailand 18 months ago.

Now that you've "retired" you've no excuse not to post up more of your amateur fights. You know, the ones you said you didn't want to upload onto the net so as not to give any future opponent an adavantage. Perhaps you can start putting up those 25 fights you claim you had in 1996.

    Of ya go. Chop, chop.

Toni Hood you are not a boxing fan. Of course I have a problem with world title fights being held at catchweights. All boxing fans should.

You're right, a fight for the WBC silver world title is legitimate so long as it's not catchweight.
