Yeah like Haye or any of the other journeymen who have beaten no-one. Cameron beats half the top ten. Not Haye, not Chambers, not Povetkin, not Klitschkos (not Tua obviously). All the rest he has an even chance against.

Why fanny about. At least Hoppa had the nuts to slug it out with Oliver McCall. Cameron should do the same. Tua was a bad choice. Anyone else please.

He couldn't beat Friday Ahunanya, how can you say he will account for half of the top-10?

Friday aint no joke. You look at the loses on Fridays record. Basically top notch guys. Cameron was cut and couldn't see but the worst thing was the canvas of the ring. Neither guys could move and they just ended up toe to toe slugging it out. The only movement was Cameron jumping up and down otherwise he would ended up on his arse. Couldn't move laterally. I would like to see Cameron Friday II though.

How is Arreola any better than Friday who is any better than Cameron. They are all interchangable.

Cameron -Arreola would suit both fighters well....Both coming off embarrassing losses....Because both fighters are action fighters this could be the heavyweight version of Gatti-Ward. Just a thought!!!

It would have been a good fight against arreola if Cameron had lasted more rounds.....I dont know if Cameron will be on the top fighters radar ATM because of the huge loss.

Cameron is value in as much as he comes to fight. BUT i think he will start to feel the effects of more and more punches as each fight passes. Good to see him willingly wanting to engage in combat, but against reasonable power punchers.....and i hate to say it that is what Arreola appears to be, Cameron will get starched.

Its difficult to assess the true caliber of some of the higher ranked contenders because half of them havent fought known opponents.

Arreola's first big name fight was against Klit.....and no,i dont consider "Big time" MaCline to be a big name, plus, due to inactivity and the fact he was a short notice fighter at the time. But still he was the only name on his record. Shane has been fighting outside the top 100 so how can you say he would beat half the top ten?? :huh

Yeah mate....as hoppa showed if you grab the aussie title you can get a shot in the states against a name fighter.....same would go for Shane if he grabs the kiwi title then even better if he goes on a beats the aussie champ.

Hey... Shane has to beat Chauncy for one of the 2 NZ sanctioning bodies titles.......still be a good scrap and a good opponent after the beating he got from Tua i think eh?

I think Hoppa's people just got him a shot cos of his name being as he is the bottom-poker, hes a draw in his own right because of his previous antics, after all theres been plenty of aussie champs that never went anywhere, Colin Wilson etc
Shane Cameron has already cleaned up Colin Wilson and Mirovic. It would be good for him to reconsolidate his Pac-Oceania whatever position by fighting say Alex Leapai, he could try Mark De Mori but I think that he is trying to build a record in USA
I cant see anyone in this part of the world beating Shane unless hes a bit damaged after his run-in with Tua, apart from Friday Ahunanya of course who is way better than anyone else around, and maybe Chauncy would outbox him also

I am thinking Soloman VS Col again for the aussie title and after Sols great win over Kirby he should now beat Col.

I would love to see Shane vs Sol, Alex or Mark....all good scraps :good
