Well, his opponent was an 180lb novice in this sport but good for him.

He is a well-worn 46 and has been retired for over a year, and wasn't even scheduled to be on this card. I think he was just there for emotional support in the corner of his buddy Matty Floyd (they're both from Perth and used to be sparring partners).

Then when Victor Ortíz couldn't make it they asked Giles and Browne if they were down to square off and they were like "sure, whatever"

 

Do we now need Choc Mundine vs. Matty Floyd to determine "Sugar Shane's True Aussie Daddy"?

I can absolutely see them making that a PPV down there, on that basis.
