Most definitely. I don't expect Khan vs. Marquez to go on the undercard, but that would be incredible if it did.

The publicity, and coverage leading up to the fight will take away light from Top Rank's mega fight in March.

Sure they are two months apart, but GBP will promote the **** out of Mosley-PBF.

That was my point the quality of the card is diminishing by the minute in the eyes of the consumer.

Adding Alvarez is a very good move,Canelo at this point in his career is a legit draw selling out 10,000 seat arenas despite the fact that he is about 3 fights away from a title.

Khan vs. Marquez will be a good fight. I do know that Bob Arum would have never had a big fight like that wasted for an undercard when he can have a whole PPV devoted just for that alone. I would give Golden Boy credit if they put that as an undercard. Don King used to have some great cards in the early and mid 1990's. Tyson.Ruddock, and Duran was on the undercard with Simon Brown and Norris. Good cards. Randall/Chavez was a Don King promotion, and Simon Brown and Waters were on the undercard with Camacho/Trinidad and Thomas Hearns also fighting on the undercard.

well if thhe two fight were on the same night then that would indeed be a problem for top rank. however they are not. what's the problem with a stacked card that's 2 months away?

the only thing going for the gbp here is that the winner or mosley-mayweather may demand the bigger piece of the pie against pac down the road because mayweather-mosley would likely obliterate pac-clottey in ppv buys. specially with a tacked undercard.

yep. I bet Khan and Alvarez will jump at the opportunity to fight on the undercard, it would get them massive exposure. it'll be good for boxing as well, casual boxing fans dont want to see fights like lacy/manfredo jr. They will be intrigued by talented young prospects, especially if they put on a good fight. I would love to see Gamboa on the undercard because I think he'll be the face of boxing in a few years and this would be a great way to promote him, but i'm pretty that wont happen since gamboa isnt with GBP.
