Shane might kick Pacman's ass if they fought. Allow me to explain...

Ok, yes, Mosley looked old and slow against Mayweather last night, after the first half of the fight.

But who hasnt looked old and slow against PBF recently?

He just does that to people. That's why he's PBF.

But as we all know, styles make fights.

Pac is way more hittable than Floyd.

Pac is very fast, and has gotten more skill recently, but can be hit often, especially for a speedy vet like Mosley

Pac can get hit with jabs, left hooks to the body, right hands and uppercuts with regularity. He's fast and has a chin, but how many people can stand up to Mosley's power getting hit constantly, especially a smaller man like Pac?

The longer the fight goes, the better it is for Pac. But I think Mosley has a good chance in this fight, as he has power and quick hands. Pac is not a defensive wizard by any means.

If JMM can glue his right hand to Pacman's chin, it may pose problems against Mosley, who has really killer right hands when he throws them correctly.

    That's all I'm sayin.:deal

    Pac destroys this Mosley.

The kind of power he's throwing at 147 with that skill? You talk about Pac's defense but what about Mosley's?

The conditioning alone favors Pac tremendously. I'd also say punch for punch, Pacquiao punches harder. I like Pacquiao in this fight by knockout. Of course going on what we know today.

Yeah, but Mosley has more one punch power at 147 than Pac does. Pac hits hard, but Mosley has the extra edge to it as he is naturally bigger.

Pac would have to beat Mosley down to win, this would be no easy fight.

But if Pac eats alot of Mosley leather, he will get damaged.

And lest we forget, Mosley has only been down once, that was 8 years ago, and has never been stopped.

He is still very strong, even at 38.

We need PBF vs Pac for history's sake alone.

But if Mosley can KO some semi decent fighter, and Pac loses (or wins) against PBF, we might still see this fight.

The 24/7 would certainly be interesting. :deal

Pac's inferior defence (to Floyd that is) wouldn't be enough to prevent Shane from gassing like he did against Floyd. On top of that, in those exchanges you talk about, Mosley would be exerting far more energy than he did last night. He'll be fighting at a far higher tempo, which will ultimately be detrimental against an energizer bunny in Pacquiao.

Conclusion: Shane would recieve an equal amount (if not more) of punishment he did against Mayweather. In fact, when looking at Pac's tendency to destroy bigger guys by accumulative shots, I'd hate to imagine what Mosley's face would look like by the end of round 12 (if the ref allows it to go that far)

nah, that mosley would not kick pac's ass. he could not even kick cotto's ass when he was a tad younger, how much more that version of mosley? well he could take-on pacquiao for the first 3 rounds but once that version gassed-out, shane is bound to get stopped.

the fight against margo is quite misleading. here we have mosley who tooks on a margo who was unfocused and without his "confidence". we can see how much of this is true if mosley decides to fight once again and takes on somebody like clottey or berto.

Pac's too fast with his hands and feet; he'd make Mosley look old, unfortunately. I'd like to have seen this fight if Shane was several years younger.

No way, Pac would most probably win by TKO late.. Pac is faster and throws at a high rate in weird angles..

Shane blew his wad in the 2nd round against PBF. He'd get annilhated by Pac if they ever fought.

No way a 39 year old Shane beats up Pac. Its over guiys, SHane has cashed out and will now retire into the sunset. It is time for him to do the right thing.
