Shane Mosely - A Tad Jealous/Deluded!!

Ya right, Floyd vs Mosley would do serious business. You're an idiot if you cant see that. If he doesn't fight Mosley its not because he can make better money in other places.

After the Mayweather/Marquez fight, Shane Mosley stepped into the ring and along with Bernard Hopkins, appeared awfully desperate in trying to state his claim for a shot at Mayweather. The act itself wasn't sad. What was said was the fact that a man who has been absolutely standup his whole career, has suddenly gotten desperate, going to the media to do the same things we've jumped on Mayweather about because he can't get his way. Few remember, but years ago after he (Mosley) defeated Vargas, he was asked about a fight with Mayweather and the money was in place, but he said instead, he wanted to go get some "dental work" done and that he would "let Floyd face Margarito first" and he would look to face the winner later. Now, the tables have turned, and Mayweather doesn't need Mosley, yet Mosley feels Mayweather should jump to his cadence. No question this is the fight most of us want to see. But no question also, this is a business, and like any businessman, the objective is to get the profit that exist against either the sports P4P king, Pacquiao, or Cotto (if he beats him), then go to clean up the 'scraps' around the division. Mosley let what could have been his last shot slip away. His talent made him destined (for bigger things). But his failure to seize the moment has indeed left him desperate. We'll have to see how it turns out.
i am a fan of both shane and floyd- my only problem with shane is he is talking right and walking left. he says the jmm fight was a joke- he was too small- but fail to mention the all out blitz he put on pacman who is even smaller. also saying that no one wants to fight him and everyone is scared is a joke- williams, clottley, cotto and berto has all express interest in fighting him- hell he signed the clottley contract and backed out- i am in no way saying shane is scared- he is trying to get paid but he is not being honest and up front about it- the bottom line the winner of the nov. 14 fight should be the next fight for floyd then shane- while i think the shane vs floyd fight would be the best of the three- it also is the one that pays the less in terms of ppv buys- the hard core fans and those so called nutthuggers want to see this fight but if pacman wins on th 14th the world would want to see that!! also in the interview shane did a few days ago he was asked why should floyd fight him or pacman and shane said because pacman does not have a belt!!!!!! i stopped listening at that point LOL

 

Shane is the same person who wanted to fight Hatton and pacman. He shits on Floyd about He needs to fight someone his own size but yet he willing to fight hatton and pacquiao.

 

i dont think shane is jealous. He's just frustrated that floyd is getting away with these big mega paydays for fighting guys he knows he can beat.

 

Cant help but think all the Mayweather fans are making excuses so its ok not to fight Mosely. Me myself just wanna see good fights. This would be a good fight why would anyone be against it?

 

Mosely is saying the right things now to build interest in the fight. Simple as and its working where all talking about it. Evenmore than Mayweather and Pac.

 

Shane is not jealous. He just wants to challenge himself against the very best and right now Shane knows that even though he is the champion, Floyd Mayweather is perceived as the best fight in the welterweight division. I think Shane would fight Floyd for free if it meant proving he is the best. Mayweather is undefeated and does not feel like he has to prove himself because of that fact. May is only looking for the top money fights and not necessarily the fights that will silence his legion of critics.

 

you fans kill me. All these fighters do it for the money!!! who cares if Floyd is eating by taking the least path of resistance. He has a family to go home to and provide for. Can you knock him for doing that? I know I can't.

 

Booo Mosley- He is a little hypocritical. He fought De La Hoya instead of Floyd for the payday...
Now that the tables are turned... i hope he gets his just deserts. He had his shot. He is running out of time. He made his bed and now should be made to lay in it...

I hope Floyd hangs him out to dry!
