Shane Mosely vs. Felix "Tito" Trinidad. Who wins?

shane has showed the beard for me to speculate that he could take tito's shots. so therefore, after i initally voted draw. i have to favor shanes speed over tito's raw power. plus, tito been dropped like 7 times in his career. so perhaps shane can hurt him.

 

Anyone who has ever followed Tito I have his entire career knows that he is going to bringbit for 12 rounds and he is dangerously accurate with his power punches. Lampkey and merchant have always said he is the most powerful welterweight since Ray Robinson ( yes that means mire powerful than the Hearns). Therefore with Trinidads counter punching and power and determination he knocks out the smaller Shane Mosley.

 

Oscar and Shane are completely different fighters.

Mosley is a speedy slugger, with average defense. I doubt he would be able to beat a prime Tito, the one that utilized his jab.

 

I see Mosely outboxing Tito and then making a mistake to trade with Tito and down goes Mosely from a perfect left hook. Mosely gets up but the fight was decided on that KD and Tito wins a contraversal decision.

 

PEOPLE, MOSLEY WAS NOT A BOXER AND COULD NOT BOX LIKE OSCAR, WINKY OR HOPKINS!!!!!!

Mosley was a slugger, who had mad handspeed. Tito would time the **** out of Mosley.

Mosley could box, but likes to exchange and that's a big no no with Trinidad esp. at 147. Oscar was ask why he took the last few rounds and didn't try to engage with Tito more often. He reply, I know Tito could punch and one punch could change a fight. Don't know who would have won, but it would been a real close match.

 

mosely will get demolished like he he almost got from vernon, but tito hits much harder and he is very accurate with his punches.

 

it doesn't matter how hard mosleys chin is. Hopkins/Winky/Oscar respected Trinidads power. your telling me that Mosley is going to out box Tito who was in his PRIME at 147lbs? Tito was out of his element at 160lbs. Oscar at 147lbs never stayed in 1 spot. Mosley NEVER has fought that way. Tito is 6 feet tall and is an ATG puncher at 147lbs, and mosley is not an ATG puncher at 147lbs. Give me a break people. Tito would really land so many flush shots on Mosley. Tito could take everythink Mosley had to give also

 

Mosely never fought a fighter with tito's power so, you can't say he can take his punch. The worst thing you can do is drop tito, cause tito will get up like a demon possesed and annihilate you.

Ya all must forgot. Tito is a beast at the lower weights. Shanes best is 135-140. Tito by decision with Shane getting floored 1 or 2x.

 

at 147 it would be close but tito wasn't a great body puncher so i donno how that would effect this fight.
His great power in both hands and mosley gets hit a pretty good amount, i think if tito could slip some of the combo punches that a prime SSM he could catch him.
would be a great fight but i see tito beating him.

 

yeah at 160 with somebody that should've been a light heavyweight.

 

I chose shane but thinking about it again I am not sure, it took something special to beat Tito and I am not convinced now that Shane has that kind of Lethality needed to dispose Tito.
