He also said that prime De La Hoya would beat Mayweather.
Usually he keeps it real, I don’t think it’s trashtalking.

Probably even this Canelo couldn’t beat Mayweather (would be closer), but I agree that prime Oscar beats Mayweather, even if as a promoter De La Hoya is like a cancer for boxing.

    OBVIOUSLY.

Floyd caught Clenelo green and drained him. Clenelo from the CaneloWeight era is too big and strong for Floyd.

Yeah De La Hoya is a cancer for boxing. Boxing doesn't need promoters who match their fighters hard, they need more promoters who coddle their opponents.

Of course what else do you expect him to say? I love the fact that PBF still keeps guys like Mosley and Oscar up at night.

Mayweather definitely got him at the right time that's for sure. It'd be a close fight now.

Canelo was 42-0-1, a unified champ, and had been a pro for almost 10 years. How in the world was Canelo green?

Oscar loss to Pernell Whitaker and would lose to Floyd at any stage also.
He was an old man killer moving through the ranks, look at his resume for **** sake. It was golden years for his first 20 opponents.

Lol it’s right, those two fights is what introduced me to Mayweather in the U.K.
What he probably means is the juiced up version that fought Golovkin could beat Floyd on account of his size and physicality but Canelo this minute looks fairly small again.
Problem for Canelo is that Mayweather didn’t just beat him he totally schooled and humiliated him so skill wise there’s no version of Canelo that can even win six rounds let alone seven so then it has to be about weight and size that Mosley is referring to.

Lol it does sound laughable but 35 of those 42 fights could of been against real duffers, could fight at least six of those cans every year.
Floyd was amazing in that fight though.

Floyd's style would still give him problems.
