I guess I should be more clear....Carlos and Bhop didn't face and/or win against all the "prime" "natural" middles they fought. Sorry Napoles awesome win so was Beni but Emille was a bit washed when he faced Carlos just my opinion

I guess its for the simple fact that most fighters who are world class elite usually do whatever possible to actually get quality opposition to face them. Fighters who aren't very confident in themselves always find a way to get out of fights, or simply don't try very hard at all to make fights happen.

If you look at ALL of the living legends, all the ATGs below HW, all of them have moved up in weight, moved down in weight, or sacrificed purse to ensure the opportunity to prove their greatness. GGG is the ONLY elite fighter who will not move outside his comfort zone, whether weight or whether pay.

    Canelo has sent 3 offers. 8 mil @ 155, 10 mil + PPV @ 160, and 15 mil @ 160.
Ward offered him a fight at 168.
Lara has been begging for a fight
Trout has asked to fight Ggg and was ignored.
DeGale offered to fight Ggg @ 160.

Ggg is an extremely talented fighter. His problem isn't his skills, his problem is his refusal to do whatever it takes to secure real fights.

Closer to 18 months and 3 tune ups. Hardly Leonard Hagler.

You sound like a child. Never had a man crush. I love the sport, not the fighters. I want to be entertained. You have a lot of hate man. It's just a sport. I pulled you up because you were trying to sell a story that was inaccurate. Now you've resorted to insults. Sure I pulled your chain a bit but come on man. We're all boxing fans. By the way, why does it annoy you that I don't see Kov as this big scary killer? He's a very good fighter and I'll give Ward major props if he beats him in the second fight.

GGG has fought the best comp he can. Ok it ain't great but there are many ring top 10 fighters in there. He seems set on getting all the belts and cleaning the division out. Much like Hopkins did with similar competition. I like GGG because he seems to love the sport and is exciting to watch. What do you want him to do? Move to 175? He will not be effective there. His body will top out at 168 at the most. I give him 12 months or so to get what he wants. If the situation is the same I'll call him out to leave the division. Canelo is without doubt the biggest fight he can get. Just like BHop Trinidad. You can't blame the guy for wanting that. His career got off to a bad start but there's still time to leave his mark. There are many fighters I like to watch more but I hope he does well.

Golovkin's power is very special. He hits much harder than a man his size should hit. Like Mosley said from feeling his punches.

But Golovkin also has great technique, ring cutting ability and a full arsenal of punches at his disposal. Many big punchers sometimes can't land the big punch. Golovkin doesn't have that problem. His skill level is so high that he always finds a way to land hard punches.

Golovkin's skill is off the charts. That's what makes him so good. Its the skill.

We still don't know how good he is because he hasn't beaten anyone of note yet. Martin Murray is his best opponent and he never won a world title. Let him display this skill level against someone worth a damn before we call him the second coming.

Murray is Golovkin's 2nd best win. His best win is Kell Brook.

If your best win is a guy you drug up two weights and fought him at the full MW limit then that right there tells you everything you need to know about him.

Monzon best win is Napoles, A natural Welterweight. Hagler's best win in Hearns, a natural Light Middleweight. Hopkins best win is Tito, a natural Light Middleweight.

You don't get it. 3G isn't scraping by these guys, just barely winning a division. He's doing what you would expect a top level fighter to do, and that'as get them out early. What do fighters like Rigo and Ward do? Stink it up for 10-12 rounds instead?

And BTW, 3G isn't the second coming of anything. When you say sh*t like that, that says YOU fell for hype. He's just the best MW boxer since Hopkins, and that's nothing to be ashamed of.

He has never been a champion. He's a titlist. He's not the lineal MW champion. If he beats Jacobs who many feel is the number 2 in the division then I'll consider starting to count his defenses.

WTF does Jacobs have that would FINALLY make you count 3G's defenses? So, it other words, 3G has to beat a fighter with a lesser belt, and a weaker resume, for you to count 3G's title defenses. Makes PERFECT sense....

That **** GG is doing is boring to watch too because he's not beating top fighters in his division. He's the cleaner. He cleaned up the division. Rigo yes at times. Ward doesn't stink joints out. He just doesn't get kos. I'll watch both fight. The difference is Ward is totally tested while GG isn't.

All he has to do is beat the 2nd best guy for me because if Canelo won't fight him you match 1 and 2 and create a new lineal champion. And yeah GG has 0 defenses because he's a titlist. He's not a world champion. He's not a lineal champion, and i don't fault him. He should've taken the steps to become the lineal champ and he finally is. **** Saunders and his lame title and **** the Brook fight.

Ward is tested against one dimensional plodders like Abraham, Kessler and Froch, three guys Golovkin will dismantle and outbox without a problem.
