Margo is far more limited tha Kelly is. Kelly can still compete against the elite at 160 because he has good power. Margo is done exposed as a cheat. I always knew he was a limited plodder so it's nothing new.

I love that Shane won too but I don't understand how this little group here is taking it as a win for Floyd and the PR's are bringing up Cotto on other threads. This is Shane's damn night, man! A thirty seven year old who reversed time and beat some ass.

 

Pavlik has weak defense. The only difference is that he at least tries to cover up, AM shows no respect to your punch and just tries to go through it.

 

Cause we've been saying it for over a year that PBF would do what SSM did to AM tonite!

They're not the same fighters. Floyd doesn't let his hands go like he did when he was younger. I have to stretch my imagination a bit to think that Floyd is gonna take the fight to Margo like Shane. Floyd folds up easily into the Philly shell. This is good and bad. Bad, because he wastes valuable time not getting hit but not scoring either. Good, because he doesn't get hit. Whereas, Shane's defense has always been his feet. When he's moving you can't hit him but when he stands in front of a man he's easily hittable. This brings me to my point; Shane's defense is an incredibly viscious offense. I'm not saying Mayweather couldn't pull off a similar win but they are not closely related stylistically other than very good lead right hands.

 

Nah, two different styles. PBF is a smarter fighter than Shane, but has less power, but maybe more speed. Also, Sugar Shane is more of a risk taker and has a totally different temperament than Floyd Jr. Stylistically, I think AM still beats FMJ. Nonetheless, GREAT WIN FOR SHANE!!!!
