Ever since this lawsuit was filed I've been saying that it was bull**** and that Shane had zero chance of actually winning. It doesn't neccesarily mean he's guilty though(I personally think he is). However, it was a case that he simply couldn't win given the circumstances, and he and his lawyer knew it. This was nothing but a p.r stunt the whole time. The same is true for Pacquiao's lawsuit.
