"Shane Mosley, I Love You!!! - Larry Merchant

You know what guys, Larry's commentary was a total disaster for that fight. Yeah, classic "I love you" comment, but overall he did a pathetic job. Every round Mayorga did not dominate he gave to Shane and kept talking and talking about how Shane is beating up Mayorga, when in reality the fight was very close. I am sick and tired of hearing total BS from commentators, and Larry was clearly biased and simply not objective. Now Shane did have a great ending, and props to him for that. Mayorga is a very good fighter, and a victory over him is an accomplishment. But the way commentators (except for Stewart) portrayed it as if Shane beat him up for 12 round and then knocked him out, which was total BS. Very sad and quite pathetic performance by Larry.
