Alvarez is trash. After watching Gomez WORK HIM. Didn't Cotto trash Gomez years ago? Alvarez is ALL HYPE!

It's ridiculous to hear that. Shane can't KO anyone now. He's done!

I don't know about Mosley winning this one.. Alvarez will outwork Mosley and will drop him if he stays in front of him.. If ever Mosley manages to put a a good fight, the question is. . . Until what round? Mosley won't survive the late round onslaught of Alvarez if he won't use his legs and run..

I wouldn't say he's scared to get hit but he has appeared, at times, to be more interested in not getting knocked out(vs Floyd and Pac) than actually winning the fight.

He knows what everyone here SHOULD know.

    1. Shane Mosely was never at his best at 154 in his career. He never shone at that weight even in his prime. The guy made his name at lightweight, and then moved straight to 147.

    2. Hes shot and has been for a while.

Gomez had some serious ailments going into his fight with Cotto(broken hand, pancreatis). This fight will probably be awful, because once Shane gets a taste of Alvarez's power, he'll be in survival mode like the Pacquiao fight, and Alvarez might not have the speed or ability to cut him off, hence it becomes a boring, lopsided decision win for him. Alvarez needs to have at least a semi-live body put in front of him at some point, Delvin Rodriguez wouldn't have been great, but at least he, like Gomez, would throw down until the end. Shane doesn't have his warrior spirit anymore.

Delvin would school Alvarez. He'd have no chance of winning a decision but he'd embarrass Canelo for sure.

At what point in the one sided 6 round stoppage did Gomez "WORK" Alvarez?

Canelo W 12. I don't expect Alvarez to have any real trouble against this old version of Shane.
