    anyone have the dates of these sparring sessions? How old DLH and Mosley were?

    FYI -

    the dates were in 90 for Mosley Chavez and '91 for Oscar/Chavez.


    Whats up with Chavez wearing the 8 oz'ers though? Oscar and Shane clearly have 16-18s on. Oscar definitely does.

    I think he got the name Sugar for the way he moved in the ring while on his way up. Lots of fighters have speed, but Mosley had similar posture to Robinson when they jabbed, Mosley would tilt his head inwards as he jabbed consecutively to tuck his chin, stepping as he did so, and Robinson did the same thing.
